  1. Where is my order?
    Products are shipped according to customer's choice & Shipping Time depends on chosen shipping method:
    (Delivery Time varies depending on customer's shipping Address)

    Generic Products:
    EMS/USPS: 8 to 12 Business days.
    Please allow up to 14 Business days for delivery if shipped by EMS/USPS

    Shipping Policy:
    We do not ship orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Friday, Your order will be dispatched on Monday.

  2. Why Does The Shipping Take So Long?


    Your order has to be shipped into the country and inspected by the border control and customs before it is dispatched. This inspection can take up to a week and is a mandatory procedure. In order for us to meet the FDA regulations and lessen the risk, we examine the packages once more before shipping them out to the clients.

  3. How Can I Check My Order Status?

     


    To check the status of your order simply go to"Order Status" in main menu and insert your email address. You will receive automatically an email from us with the status of your order. If you have any problem or you dont receive anything from us (dont forget to check your junk-mail as well) please contact us at: service@bestuspharm.com and we will assist you as soon as possible
